About Sculpt Pilates by Kate
My Story
I’m Kate, founder of Pilates by Kate. After 10 years in the corporate world as a tech marketeer, I turned to Pilates to ease back stiffness, improve posture, and build strength.
Having practised for over a decade, I gained my YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates (Practitioner) in 2024 to share my passion with others. Inspired by my sisters becoming mothers, I also create supportive spaces for women to feel strong during pregnancy and beyond.
My Mission
I strive to help people feel confident, strong, and resilient through Pilates. I specialise in classical mat Pilates with a sculpting focus, blending strength, toning, and mindful movement.
My class programmes are designed to help you build the strength and freedom to move with ease, supporting you in living your best quality of life. By improving posture, enhancing flexibility, and developing lasting strength, Pilates gives you the confidence to enjoy every stage of life to the fullest.
