My 1:1 Private Pilates sessions are completely tailored to you. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve posture, enhance mobility, or move safely during and after pregnancy, every class is designed around your needs and lifestyle. We’ll work with mat-based Pilates, enhanced by small props such as balls, ankle weights, and the magic circle. This keeps your practice varied and engaging, while helping you stay motivated and see lasting results. With my individual attention, you’ll benefit from hands-on guidance, clear cues, and progressions that adapt as you do, support you simply won’t find in a large studio setting. 1:1 sessions are ideal if you’re looking for focused support, privacy, and accountability, or if you’re an expectant or new mum seeking safe, effective, and confidence-building movement during this important stage of life.
